Jo Munoz is the Administrative Assistant. She was born in Glen Cove, New York and moved to South Florida after attending Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York.
She had worked with personal injury lawyers for eighteen years before coming to St. Peter in 2006.
She has been married to her husband, Angel for 40 years and they have two grown children, Joseph and Raquel and two little granddaughters.
Jo and Angel volunteer for Food for Families as well as other parish functions and consider St. Peter to be their extended family.
